Rose and Trisha took their time with us in searching for our perfect home. We were thoroughly impressed with their persistence, work ethic, and professionalism. We were searching for our home and did not want to compromise on our areas of focus – a process which ultimately took about 18 months of work before materializing.
Each week, we would receive new listings from Rose and Trisha. The amount of visits (in the 100s) to homes that we were ultimately not interested in took a toll on Steve and I. We assumed it was taking a toll on Trisha and Rose – and we were starting to feel discouraged. Luckily for us, these two incredible people were not discouraged by the process at all and kept us in the game.
These guys were not only agents to us, but also our friends and mentors throughout this emotionally exhausting process. Once we found the home we were interested in – we knew that the battle wasn’t over. We had to compete against 17 other offers to get the dream property in the area we wanted. Trish and Rose kept us level headed, and let us know process on the offering day. Once we learned we were in the running and in the top few offers of consideration – Trisha was on the phone with us throughout the night. Once we learned we had a real shot to close this deal, Trisha was out driving around at 11.30pm on no notice to ensure she was able to hand deliver the listing agent our deposit.
Simply incredible professionalism, dedication, and reliability exhibited by Rose and Trisha. We were absolutely floored by what the Property Team provided to us – it went far beyond what a traditional agent/buyer-seller relationship is in the Toronto market. We WILL be recommending the “people” behind the Team – as well as the Team itself – to others who are looking to make a move in the market – first home, second home, or downsizing to a condo.
